Replacement buses were in service early Wednesday morning between Al Khail Station and the UAE Interchange Station as a service disruption affected Dubai Metro, the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) confirmed from Dubai.
After approximately two hours of disruption, the RTA announced on social media platform X that normal service had resumed.

Earlier, the RTA had published. “To users of the Dubai Metro Red Line, RTA informs you that there is a service interruption between Al Khail station and UAE Interchange station, an alternative bus service has been provided between the stations concerned. Thank you for your understanding.”
