President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has left Beijing to conclude his two-day state visit to China.

His Highness left the Chinese capital after two fruitful days during which he met with President Xi Jinping to discuss and strengthen ties between the two nations.

Before his departure, Sheikh Mohamed met with Li Qiang, Premier of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China, to explore ways to collaborate in various fields such as investment, energy, industry, culture and education.

Also during the state visit, the UAE and China signed several agreements and memorandums of understanding to expand cooperation during a signing ceremony in which both leaders witnessed the exchange of these agreements.

His Highness also met with Emirati students, based in China, where he inquired about their well-being and academic progress, expressing his joy at meeting them and emphasizing the importance of providing favorable conditions for their studies and their learning.
