Dubai Courts has launched its Tanfeeth+ program, which provides an integrated digital environment to streamline operations, improve service quality and save time and effort.
This initiative sets high standards for digital integration and efficiency in the provision of judgment enforcement services by establishing a smooth and transparent ecosystem that benefits all parties involved.
It aims to deliver speedy justice, build confidence in the justice system and improve the effectiveness of law enforcement.
“This program is part of an overall digital initiative aimed at improving the efficiency of the justice enforcement ecosystem, in line with the vision and directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, for Dubai to become the “the world’s fastest, best and fairest judicial services,” said Professor Saif Ghanem Al Suwaidi, Director General of Dubai Courts.
Initiatives under Tanfeeth+ include:
- Digital execution seal: facilitates the execution of court decisions, allowing the applicant to initiate proceedings without the need to visit service centers.
- Disclosure platform: Allows the enforcement judge to inquire directly about the defendant’s assets and seize them for sale if necessary.
- Integration with the MOI: ensures the application of restrictive liberty orders, travel bans and asset seizures by integrating with the program of the Ministry of the Interior.
- Digital requests: optimizes execution procedures and automates administrative decisions.
- Sale Notification System: Notifies officials of confiscated items for timely sale.
- Automated Execution Cancellation: Cancels execution procedures and releases seizures once payments are made.
- Automated Disbursement System: Automatically disburses amounts deposited in the execution file to the petitioner’s registered bank account.
- Virtual Bank Accounts: Allows direct deposits of assets entered into virtual accounts for automatic disbursement to each party.
Tanfeeth+ operates on five key pillars: efficiency and digitalization, speed and agility, transparency and information sharing, collaboration with partners and legal compliance.
The program reflects Dubai Courts’ commitment to improving service levels, supporting government directives and enhancing the efficiency, transparency and justice of the justice system.
