His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister and President of the Presidential Court, and His Highness Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi perform Eid Al prayer -Adha.
Delivering the Eid sermon, Dr. Khalifa Mubarak Al Dhaheri highlighted Eid as a new opportunity to remember that Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) delivered a sermon over 1,400 years ago in which he acknowledged human brotherhood as one of the key principles of Islam.
He said the UAE would always lead the charge in promoting these principles and values.
After the prayer, Sheikh Mansour exchanged greetings with the faithful on the occasion of Eid Al-Adha.
He then visited the grave of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan and asked God to rest his soul in eternal peace.
